  • We found Pipe Dreams on Yelp. We have a new home, with the usual glitches that needed dealt with. Chance got back to us quickly to schedule an appointment, called once he was on his way, and spoke to us very clearly about what was going on with each of the plumbing problems. Impeccable communication. Chance cleared the stopped-up kitchen drain that the seller's plumbers hadn't bothered to do fully; and told us why each of our showers was producing almost no hot water (it turned out to be two different causes), and cleared those issues up. Finally, his office did a follow-up call a couple days after the visit, to make sure everything was working okay. Pipe Dreams is efficient and reasonably-priced, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any plumbing needs!
