  • Let me say that I've never had issues with the front office. Ashley and Staci are fabulous! They're so super friendly and willing to help with anything. I love my apartment, I love the decor, I love the location. The reasons I'm not renewing my lease are: Road Noise. DO NOT get a unit along 27th Dr. the road noise and vibrations from all the dump trucks, school buses and motorcycles is HORRENDOUS, I can't think of another word for the despicable noise. Bugs: I understand there's going to be a few bugs, however, the crickets here are an issue and at an epidemic proportion (I'm talking about the outside, they do die from whatever the exterminators use, but they die on the sidewalks so you have to be careful where you walk. These crickets are huge, not the little gray crickets, but these are great big black and brown crickets with pointy things on their butts, If maintenance swept the walkways, it wouldn't be so bad, but they don't.)
