  • So far so good, just a few quirks. Overall I enjoy the location and proximity to ASU Downtown, which is something you have to consider when you look at the price of this place. It's practically a perfect location for someone who doesn't have, or doesn't want to use, a car. As far as the previous complaint, as of now we're having a good experience. The elevators don't work on an often occasion... But when we move out I'll re-post!
