  • Horrible service and staff. We arrived at the hospital at 11pm we didn't leave until 5am. Our Doctor was ok but our nurse was rude and had a smart mouth. I've worked customer service for 5 years and I know when someone is being rude. They didn't care about anything but getting your billing information. After that they hold you for at least 6 hours in pain or vomiting it didn't matter. I'm not going to give names but my nurse gave me a shot with a needle about 2 inches long and a width of at least 3mm. I bleed threw the bandaid and expect to be sore there on top of the pain I'm already experiencing. If I can help it I won't be returning to this hospital, specially not for a emergency.
