  • LG front load washer took a break on us and decided to share some soapy water onto our laundry area...GREAT...called LG...warranty expired...GREAT...directed to the extended warranty department...warranty wouldn't cover repairs for 30 days after purchase...GREAT...Elite is listed by LG as an authorized service provider - the best news from LG...called Elite and was treated with the best customer service and personalities from the first Hello. Roger came to our home to check out the washer and within 20-30 minutes problem solved, Roger explained the problem what might have caused it and gave a recommendation on what future service we might need to schedule...Roger was the best and made us feel comfortable to choose Elite Appliance Repair as our service provider permanently. Thank You Elite and Roger for the best service experience in a while. Now...time to do some laundry!
