  • My A/C went out and I called Polar air immediately. They came out to the house on very short notice and offered me multiple solutions to the problem. I spoke with the manager about what the smartest and cost effective move was and came to the conclusion to replace the heat pump and condenser. We called another A/C company out for a second opinion and Polar air was MUCH cheaper for the same (some would say better) equipment. They showed up the very next day and replaced both units. Then things got even better. . The owner himself (a real cutie if I may say so) was there for the install, and inspected everything from top to bottom. (No need for his guy's to send him pictures of their work) Needless to say the A/C is running great, and my family can sleep comfortably once again. Oh and also, all the Polar air guys passed the "RY dog test". My lab mix puppy dog approved of each and everyone of them. Polar air is keeping me cool AND it's easy to spell. Win-win
