As a follow up to my previous review, I want to say that I was offered a full refund as well as payment for new alterations being completed outside of their shop.
The owner of this business has been wonderful with communication and follow up regarding my dress.
At the end of the day, I had a bad experience. However, my previous visits to this business have been wonderful and professional. The employees are friendly and experienced. I would go back to this shop if I lived in the area. Mistakes were made and maybe I had a little bit of a knee jerk reaction to it. Nothing with malicious intent happened. What happened was a mistake. I know I've made plenty. The take away lessons here are don't wait until the last minute to have your wedding dress altered (I still have a few months left so I don't have to worry about that at least) and check your dress before you leave the store.
I wouldn't tell anyone not to go see this shop for alterations. If you've been in the store, you know what beautiful work they do. And when they make a mistake, they own it. I can do the same. My previous review was a reaction, not a response. It was a mistake to post my panic attack as a representation of my knowledge of this business.
