  • I went with some friends to Rosemary Beauty Spa this past weekend to celebrate our birthdays. I have to say that I was really pleasantly surprised! The building doesn't look amazing (there are bars on the windows) but inside was clean and professional. The staff was really lovely and we had a really fun time having massages, manicures, pedicures and facials! But what really blew me away was that the staff had gotten birthday balloons and streamers as well as cake to help us celebrate. I've never heard of that before! Plus their prices were good. :) Honestly, I've never had a business surprise me with this level of customer service (and I'm in Marketing so usually the one thinking of ideas to make customers love businesses). I'd highly recommend Rosemary Beauty Spa! Janine
