  • If I could give zero star I would have. Do not ever rent from this place!!!! Horrible customer service, dishonest business. 1. Once we landed we called the location to know where the shuttle service is..... they lack communication skills. Unable to understand the directions from staff, we finally asked the information desk at the airport to know where to go for the shuttle services. After calling several times, we finally got picked up. 2. Once there, they tell us they don't take my Mastercard debit card just because they're so lazy to enter the numbers instead of using the puncher to get the card numbers (my card was flat) ( found out they could when we returned the car) 3. We were forced to buy insurance because "it's a law in canada that requires 500,000 limit for collision coverage" which of course found out to be a lie.... 4. Once we returned the car, we told the staff that it wasn't a law in canada about insurance, they told us we should have argued at the beginning not now. They end up taking the same card to charge us when at first was told they don't take. 5. Never had an issue with another company regarding insurance or credit card... horrible experience
