We waited for almost 3 hours for a tour that was supposed to happen at 1:30 only to find out at 1:15 that one elevator was broken and they would need to refund our money immediately so we could leave. They had been aware of the malfunctioning elevator for a while before and not let us know. It was pretty sad to leave without seeing anything inside but the Hoover Dam itself is an amazing thing. The employees seemed pretty nice except for those working the front desk area, they had no clue how to run the register to give the refund back and were clearly mad about their jobs on this particular day. All-in-all, a pretty sad dam experience.
