  • PROS - Easy to book online - Fast responses via email and text - Had an issue with one of the limos (see below), contacted them right away, and they helped fix it and made us happy! CONS - Perhaps it was partly my fault, when I booked a limo, I was expecting a stretch limo. We ended up getting a Black Sprinter that looked like a shuttle bus inside. It was one DEPRESSING RIDE for the girls and our Bachelorette... LOL... TIPS/SUGGESTIONS - If you want a stretch limo, it would be best to specify in advance. OUR EXPERIENCE - As mentioned, I sent them an email right away and asked what they could do for us. They apologized and said if I buy a round of drinks, I could send them the receipt, and they would reimburse me via PayPal. We also ended up getting a ride home in a stretch limo, which was great! - Overall, we were pleased at the end. Although the ride going there SUCKED (LOL), the guys at FreeVegasClubPasses really came through. I got the money back right away. They are FAST and EFFICIENT! - I'd definitely recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future! :)
