  • Called trying to get an estimate on replacing some old piping in my home. The first (very curt) question that I was asked was "Where are you located". When I replied with "Tempe", I was told, "we don't do work in Tempe, sir". ... Really? Because your site says, verbatim; "Bird Dog Plumbing With over 20 years of experience in the plumbing field, we are the best at what we do in Phoenix / Glendale / Tempe / Mesa / Scottsdale / Paradise Valley. We are here for all your home plumbing needs." And this very Yelp listing states "Serving Phoenix and surrounding area". But, my mistake. Since I'm in Tempe, I guess they're not really "here" for all my home plumbing needs after all?
