| - I haven't gotten acrylics in over a year so I was super excited to get me nails done. A friend had gone there before and said they were good so we decided to go together. Two ladies, one being the manager, sat us down quickly and started on them. Once they were done mine came out to $43 and I tipped the nail technician $10, the manager was trying to rush us out quickly and she was rude, mind you there was only 1 other customer in there.
I didn't say anything I just told her thank you and left. A little while later I noticed how poorly my nails were done. The lengths were uneven and the powder on a few nails came out wavey and thick in some places but thin in others. I didn't notice when she was doing them because I shouldn't have to. She's a professional, she even told me she's been doing nails for 15 years, like girl where ??
The paint came out streaky as well so it was just all a mess. I went back the next day and the same lady who did them said she would fix them but honestly I didn't want her to, i spent $53 and felt like I wasted my money, if she were to mess them up again i'd just be angrier so I asked for a refund instead. Then she started yelling at another worker in a different language and I was just thinking like girl calm down YOU'RE the one who left my hands looking busted up in the first place. The other worker she was yelling at was telling her to calm down and told me to come back later to speak to the manager so I said okay and left. Once I came back the manager told me I can either let the same lady who messed them up fix them or if I want a refund she'd have to cut all my nails off. like GIRL LMAO for what ? Are you gonna reuse the nails ? I wasn't planning on keeping them I just didn't want any one of them to touch them. While she was telling me my options she was so bitter. She kept trying to stare me down like I hurt her feelings or something. But I wanted my money back so I told her to just cut them off. So she did, then when she was giving me my money back she literally counted it then threw it on the counter and walked away. So ugly, so bitter. I went to the nail salon on Cactus and they fixed my nails and left me looking real cute, they now have a regular client. Basically, this place is trash, the manager is rude for no reason, as if those contacts she was wearing looked good on her. Just don't waste your time and money, there are so many other nail salons in the area, get your money's worth.
