  • Update: Thank you to casino management for contacting me properly and offering to speak to your security staff! I was almost denied entrance into a 21+ event because my ID was a vertical out-of-state driver's license. Security acted like he was doing me a huge favor by stating, "I'm going to let this slide, but this is Arizona, so your license needs to be horizontal." This license states when my 21st birthday was (2014) and does not expire until 2018. As I have explained in other reviews, state law was amended to exclude out-of-state licenses from this requirement. Individual business policies may differ, but I don't appreciate the implication that this is Arizona state law rather than the casino's policy. I also didn't appreciate his condescending tone of voice in explaining that this was Arizona (where else would it be??) Three stars because the event was fabulous despite the issue with security.
