  • I took my girlfriends 1999 Corolla there on 8/1/2015. I thought it was slipping in first and reverse. Even though they were busy they took time out of their day even with short notice and checked out the car free of charge. It turned out the valve cover gasket was leaking and some oil had gotten into the spark plug so it was getting misfires on initial acceleration. Even though they offered me a very fair rate to repair and could do it the same day it was work I was capable of doing so I opted to take it home and do the repair myself. They we're very gracious and totally understood. Like others have said it's very rare to find an honest mechanic. It doesn't matter where you live it's worth the drive to see them.
