  • I hired Blackbird Realty when I moved from Las Vegas. I had to leave my townhouse, and return to Massachusetts. Honestly, I won't say that everything went totally smooth at the beginning, but when there were issues, the owner, George Trombley, would always make the situation right!! I ended up with a really good tenant for 2 years. RIGHT after my husband died in October, I received notice that my tenants were moving out. Blackbird, listed my property for rent, but after 3 weeks, there were no bites, even after lowering the rent. I decided to put the townhouse up for sale, with Blackbird Realty, and in one day, I received an offer, over the asking price! I would have been in real trouble , as I could not afford to pay the mortgage and my rent as well. My house closed in less than one month, and they couldn't have done a better job! Office staff is also very pleasant and helpful.... Thanks George and Blackbird Realty!!
