| - I had JGM install a pet door 6 years ago. The owner installed it and he was a referral from another customer. He came out, great guy, and literally had to cut through my wall and a block wall on the outside. Door is all Aluminum, well built, and impressive. He fixed the trim, cleaned up after himself and did a great job!!! He was on time, stuck to the estimate and did exactly what he said he would do. Fast forward 6 years. I needed to have the outside flap replaced because It gets full sun and it had deteriorated as ANY plastic flap would in this sun from HECK, and I called to have them come replace the door so it would seal properly again. I Made the appointment and somehow I got missed for my appointment. I naturally was a bit irritated when he didn't show as I have referred them to a lot of people, and within minutes I got a call back, SERIOUS apologies, and if he was not out of town he would have personally come and installed it for me right then, but alas he could not. HE SWORE he would make it right and asked what time I could be available and he would work around me. AND THAT IS WHAT HE DID! He came after work, spent an hour and a half making it like new again, and .......wait for it...... did not even charge me since it was an inconvenience. HE APOLOGIZED, MADE IT RIGHT, and was seriously the nicest guy ever!!!!! I am willing to bet this kind of situation does not happen often as several of my friends have had these doors installed, and LOVE THEM, but for the one off OOOOOPS, well heck, crap happens. HE MADE IT RIGHT!!!!!!!! I am impressed with the company, the manufacturing (USA MADE LOCALLY BY HIM) and their doors in general. 6 years later and the door itself has not discolored, rusted, or had one issue. USE THEM! I guarantee you will not be sorry. They are courteous, do a great job, stand behind their work, and are generally just nice people! I do not usually gush about people on here as you can see from some of my other reviews, but these people care, love pets, and do a great job! If you need a pet door, there is no one else to use. THEY ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will continue to refer them out EVERY time I know someone needs a doggie door! And just so you know, I was impressed with the cost of the replacement Flaps without him making it right. It was fair to begin with. But the going above and beyond, tells you they are an upfront company, privately owned and proud of their product. BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!! Worth every penny and I AM IMPRESSED!
