  • I can't say enough praise for the staff! While I personally only spoke with them over the phone Allen answered all my questions and more. My mom actually took Chewy for us, and had nothing but positive things to say. Having worked in healthcare we saw many deaths and how human bodies are handled, she said they handled him with the upmost respect even better than most most humans we have witnessed. They even brought his remains back to the vet for us to pick up. The frame with the paw print and hair are absolutely amazing, even the rainbow bridge card that is signed by Allen himself. And it was much more affordable than what the vet offered us. While I hope I don't have to utilize them for quite awhile I will not hesitate to give him my business again. They made an extremely difficult time as easy as they could.
