Ok so this is Urgent Care EXTRA... But it is anything but EXTRA. I've come here a couple of times because it's the closest to wear I live, but regret it every time as soon as I walk in. It is always the exact same. The long dark hair Hawaiian looking lady at the front desk is bothered by you before you even walk in. Just expect her be rude. She has no personal or people skills... throw customer service out the window. When you walk in the door usually she won't make eye contact with you until you've been standing over her for about a minute or so. Then finally will look up like "what do you want." You can't blame her though... After all this is just her job that she hates. If they want to keep their patients coming back then they need to train their front desk staff on how to welcome and greet their customers with a little respect and compassion or hire someone else. Say words like "Hello" and "Welcome" We are paying you after all.
Instead they have a "I just file papers and it's not my problem" attitude. Plus wait times can be outrageous. I will say typically the staff in the back are great!
