  • Like other reviewers have said, the employees at this store are horrible. They lurk around you but when asked a product question they act as if it's an imposition. Besides the fact that not one of my questions was successfully answered and I was left wondering why I had come here. This Ace turns the "helpful hardware man" slogan into condescending stalking. Very weird. Simply put - there's no desire to go back to this store with better ones just down the street. If you must go to Ace, go to Paul's at McDowell and Scottsdale Rd.
