The showroom itself is very nice, lots of pretty stuff to look at. The giant glass water feature was either broken or not on today; it looked streaked and dirty. We have purchased Ashley furniture before but not from this store. This is probably a good starting point, where you can see things put together in a room setting. Ashley sells its furniture through other furniture stores (you can even get some at Big Lots) where most times, I've found it cheaper than at Ashley. Kind of confusing. The two star portion comes mostly from the lack of willingness from a sales associate to help us; when entering one was leaning on a piece of furniture and couldn't be bothered to move or talk. Not sure if they are on salary or comission. I'm sure they probably do have some nice, hard working associates but we did not encounter one.
