  • After my 35 min wait after my on-time arrival, I received my preliminary exam with the assistant. Then back out to the waiting room for another 20 min. After my exam with the doc, I went and picked out some new frames. I had inquired about contacts as well, but was going to hold off for a short time, and shop pricing. So as I am checking out, I asked about my prescription for my glasses and contacts. I was then told that I needed a contact fitting. I informed them that the doc gave me one along wit the glasses prescription and I just needed a copy...and things went from bad to worse. Apparently for me to get a copy of the contact script, I would have to pay an $80 fee, not to mention buy my contacts from them...2 box minimum. I canceled my glasses order and left. Never again!
