  • Pretty frustrating when they miss pick ups and you go online to report and nothing happens and then you call and get a pick up promise and nothing happens. They are in the process of changing from 2 day pick up to 1 day. No notification on when that starts and the schedule online still says my area pick up is 2 days. Very frustrating. Maybe the person trained in apology letters can make something happen.
