  • Stayed in the Presidential Suite. Now granted I got a good deal, however you wouldn't think that means having to sacrifice service. Call me crazy, but when staying in the nicest room of the entire hotel, you would think certain things would come with it. Boy was I wrong. There were absolutely no dishes, glassware , silverware or plates. Having a dining room table you would think this was included. WRONG! The outdoor doors wouldn't shut so mosquitos and flies continued to come in. The light didn't work in the bathroom so I took a shower in the dark. Then the bathtub got clogged so I ended up taking a shower that filled up because it wouldn't drain. One would also think that you would have an attendant. You guessed it - wrong again. It took 45 minutes to get 2 dirty glasses. When we complained about the room they offered us $50. I had a bad experience the last time I stayed here and decided that maybe a nicer room would be better. Wrong again. Considering I've recommended many of my business partners to stay at this hotel, I will never suggest this to anyone ever again. Oh and the GM was supposed to call us and you guessed it - still hasn't happened. Save your money and go somewhere else
