  • We have recently switched from a vet in Westlake to Avon Lake Animal Clinic. I came in with a very sick and anxious 12 yr old Pomeranian after not being able to get in to see her usual vet. ALAC got us in FAST, the center efficient + clean, and all of the staff is incredibly empathetic. Dr. Haddad took the time to get a clear understanding of her medical history, talked me through all of the options, sent me home with a calm dog and an action plan. After the appointment, I even got a follow-up? call to see how she was doing. Two weeks later she is much improved. We are very pleased to say we have found our new vet. We don't even mind having to travel from Westlake. I will be recommending? to everyone I know.
