  • The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We have bought phones, laptop, computer screen, and TV here. You can't always count on manufacturers but the staff put a human face on the experience. We had an issue with a phone we bought that could have been a major headache and money suck, but the manager Jake went out of his way to take care of us. Good people at this store!
