  • HAIR IN MY FOOD The first couple times I went here, my experience was awesome! Everyone was really nice, and helpful with suggestions for pizza toppings. This last time, not so much. The first thing that happened was when I asked for a specific kind of cheese, but they added blue cheese (Gorgonzola) instead. I normally would just let it go since I figured that they'd start over after covering my pizza in it, but they just picked off the big pieces and proceeded to ask me for the rest of my toppings. Again, not a big deal, but then when I got my pizza, a good 1cm of the crust was burnt black. I also didn't mention anything about this, I figured there were some new people and I was trying to be kind, as I also work in customer service and understand it can be stressful. The last straw, however, was when I got home. There was a piece of hair STUCK in my CRUST. And when I say STUCK, I mean I literally tried to pull it out and it was stuck too deep inside to just pull out. You can even see it in this picture. I don't think I'll be returning to this location :(
