Jett has top notch customer service skills, as well as product knowledge. He didn't hover, but made himself readily available when I had questions.
The only issue was with the scheduling of the bed I purchased. I was called with a delivery window, and then recalled with a new window, both of which I confirmed. The second window of time was early afternoon, so we planned on taking the old bed apart in the late morning, but got a 3rd call the morning of the delivery stating the driver was on his way, and would be at our house around 11:15. This call only gave us 15 minutes to tear down the bed, and the driver showed up as we were in the process of doing this.
