  • Julia Ismailova is a medically trained and talented professional make-up artist. Her Permanent Beauty business is focused on ultimate customer satisfaction. During my permanent eyeliner consultation, Julia explained the process, the products she uses and the amount of time it takes. During the application appointment, Julia stopped several times to show me the look, obtain my approval and discuss recommendations. She is a perfectionist and I appreciate that she took so much time to focus on getting me the perfect look for my face and eye shape and personal preferences. I plan to get my eyebrows done by Julia too! I love waking up in the morning and not having to put on make up! Thank you Julia!!
