  • I just moved to Phoenix from Southern California. I needed to buy furniture for my entire three bedroom house. My daughter had bought furniture from Greg at Ashley Home Store, and she was very pleased. She introduced me to Greg, and he helped me with my purchases. Greg was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He devoted all of his attention exclusively to my needs the entire time I was in the store. I was very impressed with the variety and the quality of the furniture. Greg made helpful suggestions which were worth consideration. When I finished, Greg reviewed all of my choices with me. I shopped during the Fourth of July sales event. I was astounded at the fine quality at the price points. I have shopped competitors before, and I had never enjoyed quality at the discounts I was given. Greg also thanked me for my business. He made me feel like a valued customer. The store manager also came over and personally greeted me. My furniture was delivered yesterday. It truly looks amazing in my house. There is no buyer's remorse. My purchases were well thought out and analyzed in the store with Greg's expertise. I am so impressed with Ashley Home Store! I do not believe that any competitor can come close to what Ashley offers in quality, discounts/price points, and store personnel who know how to develop loyal customers for life!
