  • You get what you pay for is an understatement. My 'Waterloo' sectional, though versatile, is incredibly uncomfortable. Gives you numb bum within 10 minutes of sitting on it. Wood frame has cracked, cushions have disintegrated and crushed and foam is misshaped. Product is sub par and don't get me started on the customer service problems we had... Save your money and look elsewhere! It might be a good deal - but it's not worth it.
