  • This place is horrible! Don't move here!! We will be moving once our lease is up. Where do i even start. It's problem after problem with these people. And it takes several weeks to get maintenance to complete work orders. The staff in the front office don't know what they are doing. My recent issue is with the massive roof leaks that were supposed to be fixed weeks ago. The leaks never dried and now with this recent rain I have even more leaks. A few of my neighbors who have similar issues have already contacted the health dept of southern nevada as well as the better business bureau about this and I am about to file my formal complaint as well. This place is a joke. It's really sad how such a nice community could get totally destroyed by such incompetent management and staff.
