| - I had walked by this place SO many times not even thinking it was worth a meal since there are countless great places in Vegas. Thanks to a friend who was related to one of the owners, we gave it a try. And so glad we did. And looking forward to going back.
Great ambiance-- romantic yet fun, and good for moderate groups too. We were a group of 8 and sat in the middle of the room next to the patio with the huge windows. Beautiful.
We tried what seemed like almost *everything*. What others rave about is pretty good (although, bacon wrapped dates just about anywhere will be good); however, some standouts were: the beef filet flatbread, the gouda foam pasta (I normally don't care for pasta, but OMG), the ceviche (a super well balanced burst of summertime in your mouth), beef carpaccio w/ truffle aioli (WOW, just wish there was more), mushroom grits (melt in your mouth delicioso), wagyu skirt steak, and beef filet crostini. Oh and the Smores flatbread was heavenly. Our friend's cousin knew the executive chef, so he came out and prepared this ahi tartare that was incredible-- hope they incorporate it into the menu in the future!
Also have a great selection of specialty cocktails that are...well, what cocktails should be. Refreshing, balanced, not too alcohol-y, and just super delicious.
