  • As a new resident to the area I was referred to Dr. Tracy after receiving a root canal procedure which required a crown. Dr. Tracy ' s staff were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Prior to my appointment they received prior authorization for my insurance and promptly informed me of the costs upfront. To my pleasure and surprise I was taken back at the exact time of my appointment (which seems unheard-of in dentistry these days). Dr. Tracy ' s Hygienist Sandra thoroughly explained the preparation for the crown and carefully secured the necessary x-rays. When Dr. Tracy came in and explained the procedure her comforting personality dispelled any anxiety I may have. She kept me informed throughout the process and took breaks along the way to insure I was comfortable. Upon completion I was in NO discomfort or pain and felt ready to go about my day. Two days later Dr. Tracy called me personally to see how I was feeling. It is easy to see why Dr. Tracy is so highly rated among her patients and peers. She is a great clinician and a dentist who is passionate for her profession. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Tracy and the team at Tempe Smile Design.
