  • If I could give them 0 points, I would! We scheduled the service with them, because our dog decided to go on our white rug. It was poop stains all over. They didn't make confirmation call and wouldn't answer the phone, when we tried to call them to confirm the appointment! Of course they didn't show up either. We kept calling them and again, no answer. We ended up tossing the rug and getting a new one. Don't do business with them! They are nothing but unreliable clowns!!
