  • My experience has been that twice they stood me up on appointments. I have been given a four hour appointment window. After waiting 4 hours and get a no show. I called and was told that there was an emergency and no one would be coming. If there is an emergency I would think that they would have had the courtesy to call me. Both times. The first time was during install and the second is today. After 11 months my floor started separating in one room and some trim is coming up. Oh well. It's a waste of my time not theirs or Home Depot. Here are now Tuesday and nobody from JW has returned my call.
