  • Probably the worst customer service ever and threatened me. Here's my story: I go to make a 4 team parlay from their 1/2 point football card for $50. It gets declined, no one tells my why, so I try for $20, it goes through. I think okay, maybe that's ok. I try to put the same card through again for another $20 and it gets declined. I say ok, no argument, they just didn't like the amount. So I'm sitting there looking at other game and 2 minutes later the ticket maker yells to me " hey did you try to put another $20 through?" I say yes. He then goes off saying "that's gonna hurt you in the future!!" "You don't know it now, but that's gonna hurt you"!!! I was flabbergasted and asked why, it's their card and I'm only a small player. He repeats "that's gonna hurt you". I couldn't believe it, and started wondering what he meant. I now feel threatened. He was angry and was yelling this in front of the entire sports book. Maybe it's me but I'm shaky now and not sure how to handle it except for this review. I can't wait believe a big sportsbook company would threaten a small customer like me. Uncalled for!!!
