  • I am a regular customer at Prestige and have had decent service. However, the last nail tech ruined my cuticles. He used a power buffer, instead if a hand cuticle tool, to trim my cuticles. 3 days later my cuticles are frayed, red and swollen. They look awful and are irritated. Please make sure you do not allow any of their techs to use a power buffer on your cuticles. Unfortunately I am traveling or would have visited Prestige to show them the damage this tech did to my nails.
