  • I am not generally a fan of rental car places but am leaving a happy customer from my Alamo experience. We got a flat outside of the Grand Canyon. To our surprise the car didn't have a spare. Who knew? Anyway, Alamo had a new rental out to us within 2 hours which was pretty painless. I also left my glasses in the original car and they immediately went over to the repair lot and got them back for me like it was no big deal. Everyone was super nice. I'd recommend without a doubt.
