You'll pass out holding your breath for the HOTEL Customer Service
I worked as a night auditor for nearly 6 years. Torrie has substandard customer service-- she watched me sleep in the lobby for 3 hours while my third party transaction (through one of their vendors) "came in." Entirely impersonal. And Adam the front desk manager is a figurehead at best-- always looking seemingly "busy."
Leave to Hawaii tomorrow not soon enough! My next vegas experience will be proper, not deal haggling at 2 star joints.... 1 star joints....
Adam and Torrie are both the friendliest and the most unhelpful customer service agents. Guess you really get what you pay for sometimes. Aloha.
