My stay wasn't horrible but it was definitely mediocre by Hilton standards. I've probably stayed at 50 Hilton Garden Inns, and this was the worst one. The woman who checked me in seemed irritated that she had to do her job. For some reason, she told me that it would be cheaper to pay cash for the parking rather than charge it. Although I asked why twice, I never received an answer that made sense. The most annoying thing about any hotel is when the HVAC system doesn't work properly. Mine only put out cold air (it was about 45 degrees outside) and no matter what I set the thermostat at, it never stopped running. So finally I just had to turn it off. I definitely would not recommend this hotel unless you're going to a baseball game (which is why I was in town) or a basketball game, because it's very convenient to the sporting venues. But if I come back, I will check other nearby hotels before looking for availability here. Just a very disappointing stay by Hilton standards.
