  • Don't give Choice Home Warranty any of your money, you'll be SORRY! Would not fix either of my two Air Conditioning units. Their reasoning was rust found on one unit and lack of maintenance on the other unit. Of course I emailed an invoice copy of the annual maintenance service performed on both units per mfgr's recommendation within the past 12 months. They didn't bother to reply by phone, nor email nor any other manner. My complaint will go to the Better Business Bureau.... You'd be wise to check into the BBB online regarding this company.....
