  • I just moved to Las Vegas and this place was down the street so I figured I would go in and check it out. I was looking for a white bed set at a good price. I found exactly that! I thought wow they are giving me a good deal and cheap delivery this is great! I was told part of the set would be delivered on Tuesday between 1-6. So I took off work and waited at home. I called around 2:30 and asked what the status of the Delivery was and she said they are finishing up at a location and would be there between 3-4 so I continued to put my day on hold. 4:30 came along and I had seen no one and received no call so I called again. The lady was like "oh they are not there yet" as I think " how do you not know this"! So she said that they would def be there before 6. So again I waited. 6:00 came around and nothing!! I called back she was shocked they had not shown up. She tried getting ahold of them and could not reach the workers. This went on till 8 pm back and forth calling as I was furious for taking a day of work and waiting around. She said I would need to speak to the manager tomorrow morning. I called the manger Rachel and she said " oh I'm sorry it's my fault I was suppose to call and inform you your delivery was not going to be made but I forgot" that's when I lost it! So this was preventable?!! What kind of business is this?! So log story short I cancelled my order and went to Ashley furniture where I got the same set for CHEAPER!! And the customer service was 100% better! I've heard only bad things from others about bigs furniture so I head you the same warning save your time and energy and go somewhere else!
