Wow! I have had better customer service at a Circle K. They take absolutely no responsibility for missing lab reports, refill requests, or missed phone calls. I felt like I was speaking with a 17 year old trying to explain once again what I needed and why - and of course, "It was MY fault" and there was no explanation as to how they lost everything. It is in a great location, but the amount of time spent on the phone with them and other doctors trying to sort out a simple request would have allowed me to drive three hours each way to a doctor's office that actually cared about their patients and got things done correctly the first time. It was extremely unprofessional. I will be looking for another doctor.
