  • The absolute worse customer service in the industry. DO NOT buy DirecTV from them the bill will never be right. Their agent have no clue the pricing for DirecTV and their customer service just says "you should know that's not the correct price." Internet service is totally unreliable. I'm having to reset the modem weekly. It's not the right speed. I can't take it any more.
