  • An absolutely stunning structure that, according to the caption, is a fine early example of Gothic Revival architecture. Erected between 1843 and 1847 for the city's Irish community. The church combines the simplicity of traditional Quebec architecture with an interior space whose elegance evokes teh spirit of French medieval design, And while it truly is magnificent from all sides on the outside, it was lock up and closed on Saturday afternoon when I stopped by. I'd have loved to have seen the inside.
