  • Unbelievably arrogant and abusive. When calling to book a taxi, "Ed" answered the telephoned and I requested a cab. When I asked "Ed" for an estimated time of arrival, he combatively answered "for what." If I wanted an estimated time of arrival for a PLANE I'd call the airport, you moron. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and Ed hung up on me. Actions speak louder than words. 702.740.4753. Don't call Ed. He's a dick.
