My experience wasn't horrible as others wrote. Just very disappointing, We rented the limo for a concert. We were staying at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel - been in Phoenix since 1929 - and the driver called twice because he was lost.
The driver felt more like a cabby. He didn't open doors. My husband uses a wheelchair which the driver did not load into the car's trunk. He did warn my son not to scratch up the paint on the car when my son finally loaded it in the trunk. He hardly spoke to us at all except to get his documents presigned and his final bill approved. He wasn't rude - just seemed like he would really rather be doing something else - kind of like we were messing up his evening.
The car was okay but the A/C didn't work well and the driver didn't have it on at all when we got in. Little, tiny bottles of warm water were provided but nothing else. The plastic that was used to protect the carpet on the floors was really slippery. The car itself is much more flashy - neon lights and such - than it is classy.
Maybe the experience is summed up by the parting transaction. When we arrived back at the hotel the driver told me I had to wait while he counted the cheap champaign glasses inside the vehicle. I don't know if he thought I would steal them or might have broken them.
