  • Dismissive and rude are words repeated in many of these reviews and for good reason. I bought a pair of shoes on Friday (on a whim - sale signs out front) and asked the saleswoman at the cash if the the scuffs and wear on the bottom would be an issue if i returned them. She was dismissive and said that it was just instore wear and wouldn't be a problem. Well when I went in on Sunday, I was told the wear was not instore wear and that they would not be exchanged. The manager made me wait 25 minutes before getting me the owner's contact info and only gave me the store's general info@ email address. I am shocked at this treatment. i posted a polite complaint on their Facebook page and it was removed. Nobody has responded to my email or facebook message.
