  • I witness a teacher throw a teddy bear at a crying kid (1-2yrs old) and say stop. I reported it to the front desk. Their response "Maybe the kid was crying because he wanted the teddy bear..." Later I come to find that the teacher had put her two weeks in , had this behavioral issue, and Valley Child Care let her finish her two weeks. She's rehired-able and was kept I. The class room with kids until her final day. UNACCEPTABLE. This daycare does not take your concerns serious. Obviously they see this as appropriate behavior.
